I got 5 accounts on this Mail.app. One of them keeps on asking for password again and again on my Mac, today i reentered it as usual and then it says 'unable to verify account name or password' It's a @live.com account, i made sure i was entering it correctly by logging on at outlook.com, this account works fine on my iPad and iPhone, not sure what is wrong but it's annoying. Only on the Mac it keeps asking to reenter password. I tried restarting my computer, also deleted the account and tried to re-add, no good.I now have no access to it via Mail.app since i can't add it. Oh wow i just kept trying to login and it decided to work again, didn't do anything.

I've got about 5 users this is happening to - Checking from a computer (OWA) works fine, and they can download the Outlook app on their iPhone, and it works there too, but the Apple Mail app can't verify the information or log it on. To make sure if this is more client related or Office 365 account related, could you also use another account in your organization to test on your Outlook for Mac client? Regards, Yang.
