Mac Changed Password Now Programs Asking For Password

I tried running a sweep with CleanMyMac and it was like every 15 seconds I had to keep putting in my password. And I had to do that like 30x in a row! Very frustrating.
Any way to implement a 'blanket' over all my installed apps to basically say that they're 'good-to-go' and that they don't need a password to be entered over and over again?
