I think you missed the best font! It’s name is Camingo Code and is made by the German Type Designer Jan Fromm. This font is not only monospaced, it is especially made for writing code. It’s one child of the Camingo font family but it’s free available via Myfonts (you have to sign up for an account, but you can check out without any payment, and they don’t send you any newsletter or spam).
